ShareFAIR and Neurovasc Days
ShareFAIR and Neurovasc are two projects funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR) as part of the PEPR Santé Numérique program, within the France 2030 investment plan.
The ShareFAIR and Neurovasc days constitute a two-day scientific gathering bringing together the project partners and the broader research community around a shared objective: advancing the reproducibility of neuro-vascular research.
The growing complexity of massive, multi-scale health data raises fundamental challenges for the reliability and reuse of scientific results. This event addresses these challenges through a focus on the FAIRness of data analysis protocols, with the aim of improving their computational reproducibility, strengthening data provenance, and establishing greater confidence in workflow-derived results.
The program comprises keynote talks, round-table discussions, and technical presentations addressing key methodological questions: the standardization of annotations, the extraction of provenance information, the description and querying of scientific workflows, and the design of interoperable frameworks. In particular, the program will showcase the contributions already achieved by both projects, highlighting progress made and paving the way for future research. A central theme of the event is the relationship between datasets and analysis protocols, and how leveraging this relationship can enhance the reliability of both.
